Remove the patty from the grill and baste in Heinz 57 Sauce. Add bleu cheese crumbles to the patty and place on the grill for two minutes to lightly melt the cheese.
Toast the bun on the grill to a golden brown. Spread chipotle mayonnaise on both sides of the bun. On the bottom bun, place a handful of fried onion straws, burger patty with Heinz 57 Sauce and bleu cheese, sliced tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Cover with the top bun.
