Maple Moo Smoothie


  • 1 cup 2% Plain Greek-Style Yogurt or Plain Greek-Style Yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 banana, peeled and broken in half
  • 1 pear, cored and cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup, preferably Grade A Dark Amber


In blender, combine yogurt, ice, milk, banana, pear and maple syrup; puree on high speed for about 45 seconds or until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
